Producer Services

Peoples operates and maintains 29 compressor stations and 39 compressor units with 25,000 horsepower. Our Producer Services department serves as Peoples' primary point of contact for Pennsylvania producers, and we oversee more than 5,500 production gas delivery points into Peoples pipeline system, delivering over 38 BCF of gas annually.

We work closely with producers by expanding and upgrading our existing facilities—both pipelines and compression—to move more locally produced gas into our system. By doing so, we aim to maximize production while meeting all safety and compliance requirements.

Any producer desiring to transport gas through the gathering system, as well as deliver gas directly into the Company's distribution and transmission system, can apply to do so under the terms and conditions of rate schedule - Rate Appalachian Gathering Service (Rate AGS), outline in the Company's current Retail Tariff.

Producers are required to:

1. Execute a Master Interconnect and Measurement Agreement ("MIMA")
2. Comply with the provisions of the MIMA and Rate AGS as stated in the Company's tariff.
