Peoples Vendors


At Peoples, vendors work directly with our Supply Chain Management department. The department's mission is to support Peoples's organizational strategies and business plan by managing materials and vendor (or "supplier") partnerships. By doing so, we hope to create value for vendors, customers, and Peoples. It's a lofty goal, but we embody it every day through constant innovation, the expansion of our supply base, improved coordination of supplier selection, and with the on-going support of Peoples's business units. Our dedication starts with the Supply Chain Management leadership team, which focuses on continuously improving our processes and optimizing total cost of ownership, all while aligning ourselves with Peoples' corporate strategy and goals.

  • Materials Management

    As a part of Peoples Supply Chain Management department, our Materials Management group works to ensure a controlled access to inventory items at all warehouse locations. We focus on operating at a lean but flexible inventory level, taking the necessary steps to fulfill material requirements needed for every-day operations. We believe that rigorous planning and collaboration with operations, engineering, and design will translate into a safe environment for our customers and our employees.
