Peoples e-Account Upgrade
We recently launched a new version of our Peoples e-Account customer portal. At this time, we are still working through a couple of additional upgrades, and we ask for your patience as we complete the conversion to the new e-Account.
If you are a current Peoples e-Account user, you can use your existing username and password to login to the new Peoples e-Account. Once you login, you will be prompted to reset your password and security questions. If you have a credit or debit card saved in Peoples e-Account, you will also need to input that card information again. Any bank account information you have previously saved in e-Account will switch over with the upgrade.
Scheduling Future ACH Payments Now Available
Customers are now able to schedule future-dated ACH payments up to 30 days in the future. This is option is currently only available for customers using ACH payments — that is, payments directly from a customer's checking or savings account. To schedule a future-dated ACH payment in e-Account, customers should click "Pay Bill," then "Pay Now." Enter the payment amount, select payment method, and click "Next." Customers will then be able to click the Calendar in the Payment Schedule section to choose a date. Click submit to schedule your payment. To view pending payments, choose "Billing" and then click "History." Customers enrolled in email / text notifications will receive a confirmation message.

New Peoples e-Account Mobile App
The former Peoples e-Account mobile app is no longer active. To continue using the Peoples e-Account app, you must download the new app in Google Play or the App Store. You can login using your existing e-Account username and password. You will be asked to reset your password and security questions.
Card Expiration Date: We've received some feedback from customers that they are not able to manually type in their credit or debit card's expiration date in order to schedule a payment in the new Peoples e-Account app. We're working to correct this issue. In the meantime, we ask customers to click on the calendar icon (outlined below) in order to select their card's expiration date.
View and Pay Your Bill with Google Pay and Apple Wallet
You can now have your Peoples bill delivered right to your Google Pay or Apple Wallet account on your smart phone! From there, you can easily pay your bill through Speedpay. You can learn more learn more about this option, or click the links below to sign up! Be sure you have your Peoples account number handy before you get started.

Make a one-time payment with a credit card, debit card, or electronic check. Please have your Peoples account number (located on your bill), the zip code of your service address and your payment method information available when making an online payment.
