Our secure Peoples e-Account system allows you to do more than just pay your bill. With Peoples e-Account you have total control of your account right at your fingertips!

When you register for Peoples e-Account, you will also be able to sign up for paperless billing!

New to e-Account? No problem! You can create an account at any time. Click here to go to the e-Account page, and follow the instructions at the top to register as a "First time User."

Other Online Payment Options

For those not ready to register for Peoples e-Account, Peoples will now use the Western Union Speedpay bill payment system to process phone and online payments starting on August 1st.

Make a one-time payment with a credit card, debit card, or electronic check. Please have your Peoples account number (located on your bill), the zip code of your service address and your payment method information available when making an online payment.Speedpay logo

  • Available 24 hours/day (Please allow 24 hours for your payment to be processed and posted to your Peoples account.)
  • No enrollment required
  • $1.95 service fee
  • American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa cards accepted. Debit/ATM cards with the STAR, PULSE, ACCEL or NYCE logos are also accepted.
