Peoples provides you with multiple, convenient ways to pay your bill.

To make a payment, choose the option that works best for you—whether it's online, direct debit, over the phone, in person, or mailing in your bill. If you're making an online payment, please have your Peoples account number (located on your remittance coupon or top left of your bill) and your credit card or checking/savings account information available.

If you have received a termination notice and made a payment, please contact Peoples at 1-800-764-0111 as soon as possible. Have your unique receipt number ready to give to the Customer Service Representative.

    Customers now have the option to text Peoples to make a payment, check your account balance, sign up for Budget Billing, request a statement, and submit a meter reading—right from your phone. Simply text "Hello" to 1-800-764-0111 to get started!
