Modern Infrastructure is Essential

That’s why Peoples is making serious investments to upgrade 3,000 miles of aging pipeline by 2034. In the past decade, we’ve replaced over a thousand miles of pipe, with more, state-of-the-art upgrades to come — to ensure our infrastructure is modernized for safe, reliable delivery of natural gas. That’s Peoples’ commitment to everyone in our region – today, tomorrow and every day moving forward.

INVESTING FOR LONG TERM IMPACTS

  • Natural gas releases almost 30% less CO2 than oil and 43% less than coal.

  • Using the reliable natural gas infrastructure is an important tool in the suite of greenhouse gas emissions reduction options available to the U.S.
